TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you book your event please make sure to thoroughly read and understand all of our Terms and Conditions.

 

CONTRACT AND PAYMENT

A payment in full is required to book your event. At this point your date and time will be secured. For bookings made less than 7 days an expedited fee of $100, will be added to the total amount of the party.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund will be granted up to 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made 15-29 days prior will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation 14 days or fewer will not be eligible for a refund.

 

SERVICE AREA AND TRANSPORTATION FEE

Any area within the 30-A area is complimentary travel, anywhere outside of this area is a $25 travel fee.

 

ITEMS LOST OR BROKEN

Any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment or decorations will incur a cost equal to its replacement value. We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful behavior from our clients, and you will be charged the full price for the party.

 

LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES

We will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire period. Customers have the duty to care and supervise their guests.

SET UP AND BREAK DOWN

We set everything up on the day of the event, and will coordinate with you on an approximate time. If the event start time is before 11 AM, we will set up the day before.

Teepee setup is 47in(w )X 71in(L) our mattresses are twin size with the top half being inside of the teepee.

The area designated for setup needs to be free and clear of any furniture at the time of arrival. We do not move furniture or clean the area.

We will come disassemble and pick up anything that was provided by us, but we do not clean up remaining trash from the party.

BEVERAGES/FOOD/MAKEUP/PETS

Pets, makeup, food, and drinks are prohibited inside of the teepee. Any stains inside or outside the teepee will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
